Recently, the Ministry of Textile Industry Federation’s Science and Technology Development Department organized experts to study the “Textile Light” application research in Shanghai, “New Polyester Ester Synthesis and Performance Research” and “High-speed Jet Eddy Current Based on Fiber and Airflow Coupling Characteristics”. The two key projects of the spinning machine are studied and accepted. The two projects are respectively accepted by two groups of experts according to the professional field. Ye Zhimin, executive vice president of Textile Light Technology Education Foundation, and Zhang Huiqin, deputy director of China Textile Science and Technology Development Department attended the meeting. The acceptance expert group listened to the report of the project undertaker and reviewed the relevant materials. After questioning and discussion, it was considered that both projects completed the requirements stipulated in the task book and agreed to pass the acceptance test.
The "New Polyester Esters Synthesis and Properties Research" project innovatively designed the molecular structure of polyamide esters, and for the first time broke through the key technology of bio-based pentamethylenediamine adipate modified polyester polymerization, and successfully synthesized a new polyamide ester. The macromolecular structure, crystallization, thermal properties, rheological properties and hydrophilic properties of the polyamide ester were systematically studied. A new polyamide ester polymerization device with multi-component copolymerization was established. Based on the self-synthesized polyamide ester, the fiber preparation technology was developed, the spinning process conditions were optimized, and a new polyamide ester fiber with good mechanical properties, excellent softness and high moisture regain was successfully obtained. During the project implementation period, he applied for 5 invention patents and published 4 papers. The expert group recommended further follow-up applied research.
The research on the key technology of high-speed jet vortex spinning machine based on the coupling characteristics of fiber and airflow uses numerical simulation and experimental methods to systematically study the flow characteristics of the rotating airflow field in the jet vortex spinning nozzle, and reveal the convection of the nozzle structure parameters. The influence law of the field is constructed. The ball-and-rod flexible elastic fiber model is constructed. The coupling dynamics of the fiber in the airflow field of the jet vortex spinning nozzle is studied, and the quantitative characterization of the fiber motion law is realized. Based on the flow field law, the design is designed. A new type of jet vortex spinning nozzle device with independent intellectual property rights was realized, and the preparation of jet vortex spun wire core yarn was realized. During the implementation of the project, 12 papers were published, of which 7 were included in SCI; 5 were applied for invention patents, of which 2 were authorized. The expert group suggested further strengthening engineering application research and realizing the transformation of project results as soon as possible.
